Water bill payment service
Water bill payment service is a banking service of LaoVietBank, allowing individual customers perform payment for water at the bank counters and via SmartBanking (LaoVietBank Application).
Customers:
Customers must have current accounts at LaoVietBank.
Customers can choose the channels of payment:
- At the counter during banking hours: from 8.30 to 16.30
- Via SmartBanking 24/24
Customers can pay full or partial amount of the bill.
- Easy-to-use and friendly Interface
- Prompt transfer via Mobile Banking channel.
- Save time and secure transaction.
- Free transaction fees.
Service launch time: starting July 24, 2017
Note: This service launch phase only covers water bills in Vientiane.
Guidelines for water bill payment on Mobile Banking:
Step 1: Select the Bill Payment menu
+ Select the account to transfer
+ Select Service
+ Enter Account number of the user
+ Tap Check Invoice
+ Tap Checkout
Step 2: The system will display customer information for re-checking, then enter the OTP code to authenticate the transaction and tap Continue. If the customer needs to change information, tap Return.
Step 3: The system will announce the transaction successfully.
